Hi Everyone,

I am a Assistant Principal Occupational Therapists in Malta. I qualified in 1996 at the University of Malta with a Diploma in O.T. Furthermore in 2000, I obtained a post-graduate diploma in Geriatrics and Gerontology. In 2004, I obtained a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the European Academy of Occupational Therapy. At present I am a full time worker as an O.T. in a sub-acute geriatric rehabilitation and has part-time O.T. post within the Institute of Health Care, University of Malta. Recently, I was selected as an O.T. with Housing Authority Scheme 7. Of specific interest I am also a member in the local Muscular Dystrophy Group in which I have been involved for the last 10 years. 

At present, I am the delegate of the Malta Association of O.T. I attended several important meetings including; 1998 Council and Congress Meeting in Canada, 2000 Council meeting held in Japan, 2002 council and congress meeting in Sweden and lately the 2006 Council and Congress meeting which was held in Newcastle and Sydney. After graduating I served several positions within the association namely member and treasurer. My passion for the profession and association led me to learn new things including web designing were I created this website. I truly believe that in today’s modern world, our association needed to have its official website.
